Great Saturday!

I went to Crate&Barrel in Bellevue Square this afternoon to look at beds and mattresses. I saw a lot I liked but need to save up another $700 to get what I want. It was a nice experience though, walking through downtown Bellevue, perusing the shops and watching the people. There are a lot of Japanese tourists wearing chic, hip clothes, and of course the kinds of restaurants that appeal to them -- sushi and noodle restaurants for example, but really nice ones with ambiance. After walking across the street to The Container Store and Paper Source, I started to feel lightheaded and picked up a pre-packaged sandwich at Starbucks. I don't remember the last time I was in a Starbucks. In fact, I don't remember the last time I went to a mall. All in all, I felt great today and enjoyed myself thoroughly.
